1. ORGANIZER

1.1. The organizer of the game is “KIKA GROUP” Ltd., UIC: 203764896, with registered office and address of management: Plovdiv, 121 Vasil Levski St., postal code 4000, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”

1.2. These rules govern the terms and conditions for participation in and conduct of the prize draw and are binding on all participants.

2. PERIOD AND LOCATION

2.1. The prize draw is held within the territory of the Hellenic Republic at a total of 33 physical retail locations (stores).

2.2. List of participating stores:

2.3. Duration:

• The prize draw will take place on May 9, 2026, and will run all day.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. Any individual who is at least 18 years of age is eligible to participate in the prize draw.

3.2. Participation is not contingent upon a purchase.

3.3. To participate, the following is required:

• the individual must visit a participating store;
• scan the special QR code placed in the store and fill out the online form with: name, phone number, email address, store name, and a few other details.

3.4. Each participant is entitled to one entry.

3.5. Employees of the Organizer and the participating stores, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the game.

4. PRIZE AND SELECTION OF THE WINNER

4.1. The prize is: 1 (one) KikkaBoo Goya model 2in1 stroller.

4.2. The prize cannot be exchanged for its cash value or another prize.

4.3. The winner will be selected at random from among all validly completed entry forms.

4.5. The drawing will be conducted via an online platform that automatically generates a winner.

5. ANNOUNCEMENT AND RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE

5.1. The winner will be announced on KikkaBoo’s social media accounts:

5.2. The Organizer will contact the winner using the contact information provided.

5.3. The prize will be awarded upon presentation of:

• a valid ID

5.4. If the Organizer is unable to contact the winner within 48 hours, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

6. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

6.1. By completing the form, participants voluntarily provide their personal data: name, phone number, and email address.

6.2. The data is processed solely for the purposes of conducting this prize draw.

6.3. The data will be stored for a period of 12 months after the game ends.

6.4. The data will not be used for marketing purposes without explicit additional consent. 

7. LIABILITY

7.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for:

• incorrectly or incompletely filled-out forms;
• inability to contact a participant due to incorrect contact information;

9.1. This sweepstakes is not sponsored, administered, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

10. OTHER TERMS

10.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules as necessary, and any changes will be published in the same locations.

10.2. For any matters not covered herein, the applicable laws of the Hellenic Republic and the European Union shall apply.
