You can pay your orders at Kikkaboo.bg online store in one of the following ways:
- Cash on delivery
- By credit or debit card - Virtual POS of DSK Bank
- Bank transfer
- Pay in installments with TBI Bank
We deliver your shipments through the services of the Econt or SPEEDY courier companies for the whole country.
- The delivery time is from 1 to 5 working days from the moment of order confirmation.
- The delivery of shipments is carried out during business hours from 9.00 am to 5:30 pm.
- Saturday deliveries are made until noon.
- Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
- Delivery for the whole country - BGN 6 for orders up to BGN 100; FREE DELIVERY for orders over BGN 100.
Kikkaboo.bg delivers the ordered goods using a third party courier company.
The Customer shall acquaint themself in advance with the terms and conditions of the respective courier company regarding the conditions for the delivery of the goods. Kikkaboo.bg shall not be liable for the execution and modification of these conditions by the respective courier.
Deliveries are made by the courier companies Econt or Speedy. The customer can choose delivery to an exact address or delivery to a selected office of a courier company.
When delivery to the Customer's address is chosen, the goods shall be delivered to the address specified by the Customer and Kikkaboo.bg shall not be liable for non-delivery of the goods in the event that the data specified by the Customer is incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.
In the above cases, as well as in the absence of a person to receive the goods or if the Customer does not take the goods from the courier company's office (if such a delivery option is selected), the goods shall be returned to Kikkaboo.bg under the terms and conditions set by the respective courier company and all costs are borne by the Customer.
If the goods are available in stock, they shall be delivered within 5 (five) working days. The delivery time does not include weekends and holidays.
Kikkaboo.bg reserves the right to determine a longer period in exceptional cases, for which it shall notify the Customer. If Kikkaboo.bg has not determined a delivery period, the delivery period of the goods is 30 calendar days from the date following the order through the e-shop.
In the event that Kikkaboo.bg is unable to perform the contract due to the fact that it does not have the ordered goods available, it is obliged to notify the Customer and to refund the amounts paid by them within 30 calendar days from the date on which Kikkaboo.bg should have fulfilled its obligation under the contract.
Kikkaboo.bg reserves the right to change the third party making the delivery without prior notice to the Customer as long as this does not change the method of delivery and does not increase the price.
The Customer must inspect the goods at the time of receipt and notify the Supplier immediately if they do not match the order or are defective.
If Cash on delivery is chosen for a payment method, the Customer pays the courier upon delivery and receives from the courier a postal money transfer receipt. This receipt in this case replaces the fiscal receipt. (According to the relevant legislation "on cash on delivery payments by postal money transfer" it is not mandatory to be issued a fiscal receipt from a cash register. For the payment made by the customer, the courier company issues a Postal Money Transfer Receipt for the amount due. This receipt is a legally recognized document exempting the Vendor from the obligation to issue a fiscal receipt.").
To record your purchase in your accounting documents you need to keep your invoice along with the receipt from the courier service.
IMPORTANT! Upon receipt of the shipment, you should pay the Cash on delivery amount and ensure to check the integrity of the goods in the presence of the courier, especially if the shipment is fragile!
